I'm having technical difficulties with Mixbook.

As Mixbook runs in Flash, many technical issues can be addressed by simply updating your Adobe Flash player. You may also want to install the newest version of the Firefox browser.

I'm clicking on the Edit button but the Mixbook Editor will not launch.

The Mixbook Editor opens in a new browser window. Please check to see if the Mixbook Editor has launched in a new browser window, or a browser window that has been minimized. Pop-up blockers may sometimes interfere with the Mixbook Editor.

How do I save my work in the Mixbook Editor?

The Mixbook Editor automatically saves your work every few minutes. When you exit out of the Mixbook Editor, we automatically save all the changes you have made.
