How do I change my password?

You can change your password on your Account page by clicking Change Password. You can then type in your old password and new password.

How do I change my email address?

You can go to your Account page and change your email address. This will not affect any of the books that you've already ordered or created.

To delete your account, contact us with a request to do so.

I forgot my password and can't log in. How do I reset my password?

Go to Reset Password. You will get an email with instructions on how to reset your password and log in.

How can I make a copy of my book, or change the size of my book?

To copy your book, please locate your book in the Home tab and then click on the Copy link next to the book. This will allow you to make an exact copy of your book. If you would like to change the size of your book, you can copy your book to a different size format. Once you copy your book to the new size, please review all of your pages to make sure that all of the page elements are where you want them to be, as changing the size of your book may cause your page elements to move.

How do I change the Privacy setting of my project?

To make your book private, please locate your project and click on the Settings link next to your project. You can set your book to be viewable by all Mixbook Friends, or Only Those Invited. The Only Those Invited setting is the most private setting.
